Being Grounded to be Free – Memory Monday

Oh to be grounded in God.

On my knees.

On what I allow my mind to dwell.

In where I fix my eyes.

In the paths I walk.

As I die to me and live to Him.

There is freedom.

Freedom from doubt, condemnation, fear.

And freedom feels wildly out of control.

Yet God is there. My anchor, the author of my days.

And so I can enjoy the wild freedom and sing in joy to the One who frees me.

How have you felt grounded and yet free? Will you share in the comments?

So did you finish memorizing Psalm 40? I don't have it completely yet. So I know I have said it before, but let's finish up Psalm 40. Then next week we will move on to a new challenge. Will you join me?
