My Prayer for the U.S.A.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the blessings You have bestowed upon the U.S.A.

We are a broken sinful people in desperate need of a Savior – in desperate need of You.

Father help Your children to use their freedom to point others to Your grace and love…It is Your kindness that leads us to repentance. Lord may the lives of those who know You so point to Your glory and grace that others just have to know You more.

I pray that You will enable us all to see through the deception of the evil one. That we, as your children, and our nation may turn our eyes to You.

Lord may our leaders come to know You as their Lord and Savior and may they make wise choices for the U.S.A.

Be with the members of our armed services. Provide them with protection, supply them with what they need to get their job done. Bring them home safely. Oh Lord, give them Your spirit of power, love, and discipline. Be with their families back home. Give them peace, comfort, and rest while they await their loved one’s return.

Thank You for the sacrifice of so many that we may be a free nation. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.
